Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of REON, a software platform owned and operated by CVI Technologies LLC ("CVI Technologies," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you and that organization.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

The Services are intended for business use by property inspection, underwriting, asset management, and related professionals. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reon360.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another organization's data, accounts, or systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except as permitted by law
  • Upload content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Use automated means to access the Services except through interfaces we provide (e.g. our documented API)

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of the property information, inspection reports, photos, videos, notes, voice recordings, and other content you or your organization submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as needed to provide the Services to you. We handle Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit Customer Data to the Services, including any consents required from tenants, property managers, or other individuals referenced in inspection records.

4. AI-Assisted Features

Certain features of the Services may use artificial intelligence to assist with photo validation, data analysis, identifying missing information, or data extraction. These features are provided as an aid to, not a replacement for, professional judgment. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all inspection results, reports, and AI-assisted output before relying on or distributing them.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, and trademarks (including the REON name and logo), are owned by CVI Technologies LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as permitted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you in the Services or CVI Technologies LLC's intellectual property.

6. Fees & Payment

If your use of the Services is subject to fees, those fees and any applicable billing terms will be set out in an order form, subscription agreement, or invoice separately agreed with CVI Technologies LLC. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time; see our Account Deletion page to close your individual account. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for any account that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or as otherwise permitted under a separate agreement with your organization.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CVI Technologies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in CVI Technologies LLC's jurisdiction of formation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Specific governing state/jurisdiction and dispute resolution terms to be confirmed by legal counsel.]

11. Changes to These Terms
